2. Purpose of the site
The purpose of expodesign.ca is to present the Expo Design event, held on October 7 and 8, 2026 at the Palais des congrès de Montréal, and to allow interested people to register for it.
Access to the site is free. Connection and equipment costs required to consult the site remain your responsibility.
3. Acceptance
By using this site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
We may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, images, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, design, structure and code — is protected by intellectual property law and remains the property of Commonwealth Plywood or its rights holders.
You may consult the site and reproduce extracts for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — reproduction, distribution, adaptation or commercial exploitation, in whole or in part — requires our prior written authorization.
Logos, trademarks and content belonging to exhibitors, partners and sponsors remain the property of their respective holders and are used with their permission.
5. Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care with the accuracy of the information published on the site. Programming, the exhibitor list, schedules and practical information may nevertheless change without notice.
Published information is provided for informational purposes. It does not constitute a contractual commitment, except where it forms part of the registration terms accepted at the time of registration.
6. Event registration
Registration is handled through an external platform operated by PairConnex. When you register, you leave expodesign.ca and that platform’s terms apply to the transaction, in addition to these.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a registration, notably in cases of inaccurate information or interference with the proper conduct of the event.
7. Links to other sites
The site contains links to third-party sites — the registration platform, exhibitors, partners, social networks. These links are provided for convenience.
We exercise no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, practices or terms. Linking to them implies no endorsement on our part.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or available without interruption.
To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site — notably a service interruption, an error in the content, or the presence of malicious code originating from a third party.
Nothing in this section operates to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Quebec law.
